The Premier Mill hotel might have opened its doors in 2018, but its history goes back to 1891 when Frederick Henry Piesse opened what was then a flour mill supplying the Albany district of Western Australia. The Dome group purchased the mill for a token $1 with the promise to develop the building into a multi-million dollar hotel.
